Meet the Hot Tub Barn Service Staff

Wayne Hitchcock

worked with Hotspring products for 6 years as an installation and service coordinator for the South East for Hotspring Spas Ltd. Factory trained at Watkins Manufacturing in California, Wayne gained an A grade certification. Wayne was also awarded the Young Pool Star of the Year 2008 by the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association.

Dave Dimond

started working with Hotspring products in 1999, gaining his Watkins Manufacturing Certification in 2002. With 14 years experience of specialist Hi ab lifting equipment and a thorough knowledge of water care and hot tub chemicals, David has made over 3000 hot tub deliveries.

Glenn Pearce

started working as a hot tub installation technician for Hotspring in 2006. Glenn soon became a Service Technician quickly gaining excellent product knowledge and his skills soon promoted him to the Surface Repair Specialist. Glenn completed and passed a customer relations course and is fully trained on the use of water care products.

Wayne Dixon

joined the Delivery Team in 2015 and has become an accomplished and proficient hot tub installer. If you get to meet Wayne you’ll find a very energetic and careful person who will take every care with your new spa.

Shaun Monk

From 1999 to 2004 Shaun worked as a qualified domestic electrician. Now with 9 years experience of Hotspring hot tubs delivery and service, Shaun completed and passed a customer relations course and is fully trained on the use of hot tub chemicals. For 2 years Shaun also worked as production manager for Rapid River exercise pools.

Anthony Romanic

is our service administration manager and is your first point of call for booking bronze, silver, gold and annual services for Hot Tubs and Swim Spas he will also help with problem diagnosis over the phone if he can, he is also the go to guy for replacement pillows, covers and warranty.

Lisa Prince

is our hot tub and swim spa installation advisor, she also handles all aspects of service including booking bronze silver, gold and annual services spa moves, replacement pillows, covers and warranty issues.
