How to use your chemical products

Spa Waterline Cleaner

Use for cleaning the waterline of your tiles and hot tub shell, where oily residues can build up. This specially formulated product contains no damaging abrasives, making it the perfect thing for cleaning your spa water line.

Spa Scale Inhibitor

Add to your hot tub on a weekly basis to keep the components free of limescale and stains, this product prevents issues with internal components due to built up deposits, which can also be a breeding ground for bacteria, forcing more chemicals to be used in your spa.

Instant Filter Cleaner

Wear protective glasses and rubber gloves while handling this product. Use with adequate ventilation. Remove D.E. or cartridge filter element from filter casing. Rinse off loose materials on element. Thoroughly saturate filter element with water. Spray cleaner over total surface area of the filter element for maximum effect. Wait 3-6 minutes. Rinse element THOROUGHLY with hose (foaming may occur if filter element is not completely rinsed). Heavily soiled filter elements may need a second application. Removes scale, minerals, dead algae, body oils and other debris.

Spa Filter Cartridge Cleaner

Effectively clean filter cartridges of built up grease and oil with this Cartridge Cleaner Concentrate. It can often be useful to have a spare filter, so you can continue to use your hot tub whilst your filter is being soaked in Cartridge Cleaner.

Spa Non Chlorine Shock

Using a Non-Chlorine Shock treatment once a week is generally recommended practice for hot tub owners. It's also wise to use non-chlorine shock after heavy or extended bathing.

Non-chlorine Shock treatment is preferred over other spa shock treatments as it can enable almost continuous use of your hot tub.

Hot Tub PH Reducer & Increaser

For when you need to lower or raise the pH value of your hot tub to the required 7.2 to 7.6. 

Hot Tub Foam Reducer

It's best to avoid introducing detergents to your spa water, as this will encourage foam to form. If you are experiencing excessive foaming, you can reduce and inhibit foam build up in your hot tub with this Spa Foam Reducer.

Stabilised Chlorine Granules

Your choice of sanitiser for your Hot Tub, Spa or Pool is important, as it's the main defence against viruses, bacteria and infections in the water. Stabilised Chlorine Granules are an excellent choice, as they're almost pH neutral, allowing you to dose without adversely affecting water pH.

Hot Tub Total Alkalinity Increaser

Raises your total alkalinity levels to help maintain correct pH value. Total Alkalinity (TA) directly impacts the pH stability of your hot tub.
